What's Included:
1. The Thrive Leader Guide
The Thrive Leader Guide will encourage you spiritually and equip you practically to prepare a warm and inviting hosting space without the stress. There's no extra work for you, just choose from our already done ice breaker questions, optional weekly activities and discussion questions for your group!
2. Video Content Library
Thrive includes 32 weeks of content, each with a corresponding video devotional from a military wife who has been in her shoes. Each week of content is independent of the other weeks, so you can welcome new women any time of year.
You'll stream videos from your computer through your leader library. Logging in is simple, simply check your email after purchase and we'll make sure you have all the details.
3. Leader Support for your Church
We know what it means to take on a leadership role in the middle of military life, and we're here to help you carry the burden. As a Thrive small group leader, you'll have access to calls with our team and other small group leaders before the spring and fall semesters to connect, ask questions, pray and be equipped by our community.
A Note From our Founders...
There have been many times we have sat in the loneliness of a new duty station, the devastation of a hard marriage or felt the ache in our hearts over deployments, unmet dreams and missed moments that we can never get back.
Yet, there in the midst of the trenches, we encountered Jesus with the hope of something more than just surviving the hard days of military wife life.
Without any change in our circumstances, we encountered joy and life in abundance in the presence of God and the nourishment of His Word. Through His people, He loved us, provided for us, and reminded us that we are never alone.
So, this Thrive project was born out of our pain with the hope to meet you in the midst of yours.
There is so much more to life, military wife, and hidden in the Word of God is the treasure that is the truth about Jesus Christ. Through this project, we pray that you encounter Him and in doing so you discover joy unspeakable.

As a leader in women’s ministry with a heart for helping women walk alongside Christ and a military spouse for two decades, I believe in the important mission of Homefront Heroes. Marriage is hard, but military marriage comes with distinct challenges that the Homefront Heroes team is uniquely equipped to meet because they have navigated it themselves. They teach and minister from a place only someone with personal experience can, allowing them to connect deeply with the women they serve and develop thoughtful resources to meet women where they are while pointing them to Jesus.
